01 How long before I start seeing results?
Most clients start seeing leads within the first two to four weeks of campaigns going live. The first month involves campaign setup, testing and initial optimisation. From month two onwards campaigns are typically performing well and improving week on week.
02 What ad budget do I need on top of your fee?
Your ad spend goes directly to Google, Meta or Microsoft and is separate from our management fee. We recommend a minimum ad budget of £500 per month to generate meaningful data and results. Most clients spend between £500 and £3,000 per month depending on their sector and goals.
03 Do you write the ads and create the landing pages?
Yes. We handle everything from start to finish. That includes writing all ad copy, building landing pages where needed, setting up conversion tracking and creating the full campaign structure. You don't need to write a single word or build anything yourself.
04 Which platforms do you advertise on?
We run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and TikTok Ads. The right platform depends on your business and where your customers are. For most service businesses Google is the priority as it captures people actively searching for what you offer.
05 What happens if the campaigns aren't working?
We monitor campaigns continuously and optimise weekly. If something isn't performing we identify it quickly and make changes. After the initial three month minimum if you're not happy with the results you're free to walk away. No long contracts.
06 Is there a minimum contract length?
We ask for a minimum three month commitment. Paid ads need time to gather data, optimise and deliver consistent results. After three months it rolls monthly and you can leave any time. No setup fees and the same price every single month.
07 How do you report on results?
Every month you receive a clear report covering leads generated, cost per lead, ad spend breakdown and conversion rates. No jargon, no vanity metrics. Just the numbers that matter and a straight conversation about performance.
08 Do I need a website before running ads?
You do need a website or somewhere to send the traffic that converts. We build bespoke landing pages specifically for your campaigns if no new website required. In many cases a well built landing page specifically outperforms a full website for ad traffic anyway.
